Boutique Lifestyle PR Agency

We are a small but dynamic boutique PR agency specializing in high-level lifestyle, design, and luxury clients. With a growing portfolio of inspiring brands and talent, we are seeking a PR Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about managing media relations, press placements, and brand partnerships across up to 10 client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client needs across multiple accounts, ensuring timely communication, updates, and deliverables. Monday through Friday (both part time and full time roles are available)
  
  

• Draft, edit, and distribute press materials including press releases, pitches, media alerts, and briefing documents.
  
  

• Build and maintain strong media relationships with editors, writers, influencers, and brand partners in lifestyle, design, and luxury sectors.
  
  

• Support in securing press coverage, feature stories, and partnership opportunities aligned with client goals.
  
  

• Research and identify brand partnership opportunities, event collaborations, and speaking engagements.
  
  

• Monitor media coverage, track press hits, and compile detailed client reports.
  
  

• Assist with campaign planning, strategy sessions, and brainstorming creative angles for clients.
  
  

• Coordinate logistics for press events, partnerships, and activations as needed.
  
  

• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor coverage, and cultural conversations relevant to client work.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field (agency or in-house).
  
  

• Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for compelling narratives.
  
  

• Excellent organizational skills; able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines at once.
  
  

• Proactive communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  
  

• Media-savvy with an understanding of the lifestyle, design, and luxury media landscape.
  
  

• Comfortable working in a boutique, hands-on environment where flexibility and initiative are key.
  
  

• Passion for lifestyle, design, luxury, and brand building.
