Both parties promise to work with integrity, excellence and both parties will communicate consistently throughout the working relationship. Either party may dissolve this agreement with at least a two week-notice and all balances must be paid for the current month if the work has begun in the current month of the cancellation request. Jasmine Morris, LLC cannot promise the publishing of any articles for any publications or collaboration with any particular brand. Jasmine Morris, LLC does not offer Crisis Management PR to her clients under any circumstances, however, promises to ensure our clients are represented in the best light. Publications are not required to publish any article pitched by Jasmine Morris, LLC or client and client promises to remain flexible as other publications or article direction may need to be considered for publishing. Jasmine Morris, LLC also cannot promise the publishing time frame as it is the editor's and publications' responsibility to ensure the story is posted at the time they feel is best. Jasmine Morris, LLC also cannot control the publications word count, edits, etc. but will communicate the client's story with the utmost integrity. Jasmine Morris, LLC will work as the mediator for all communication between the editor and client Jasmine Morris, LLC promises to work diligently to meet the clients' expectations, agreement, and ensure they are 100% satisfied with their investment. Refunds: Under Jasmine Morris, LLC's policy, there are absolutely no refunds or discounts to any service or packages under any circumstances. All deliverables will be complete and delivered in a timely, excellent fashion. If there are any issues, Jasmine Morris, LLC will be held accountable for making any changes to ensure the client is fully satisfied with the project at hand. Any violation against these terms and the non-refund agreement (including any chargebacks to the company accounts) will force Jasmine Morris, LLC to pursue legal action against the other party. If at any given time the project is ghosted, or ignored by the client, Jasmine and her team are not responsible for any refunds, or any aspect of the project whatsoever.
