Yes, weโre flexible with scheduling, as long as it doesnโt exceed one reschedule per call. We keep a busy schedule, so we ask that you help us keep things as organized as possible.

No โ at this time, we do not offer refunds. However, if thereโs an emergency or we mutually decide to part ways due to misalignment, we will consult with accounting, our team, and our attorney to determine the fairest way to move forward, which may include a partial refund discussed at that time. Consulting is about commitment, and we only want to work with people who are ready to invest in that. Offer #2 is nonrefundable. For both offers, once the first month has passed โ meaning weโre 25% into the project โ there are no refunds.

Yes, of course. You can use your pitch tracker for future projects, and youโre even welcome to bring it into your next partnership with another PR firm โ weโre not particular about that. Any other resources we provide are yours to keep.

Yes. As long as our clients are responding well to our instructions and consulting, about 99% of the time theyโre able to see those results and land five-figure deals. That said, we canโt control the pace at which a client activates the work weโve done together โ itโs ultimately up to the client to stay engaged with the consulting along the way. Our guided pitches are built for accountability, which helps ensure a strong ROI.
